National, December 23, 2022: India’s leading carrier, IndiGo, announced a special three-day winter sale for domestic and international flights on the 6E network, across all channels. The sale running between December 23 - 25, 2022, will offer fares starting from INR 2,023 for domestic flights and INR 4,999 for international flights. The sale is valid on travel from January 15, 2023, to April 14, 2023. In addition, customers can also avail cashback from IndiGo’s partner bank HSBC
National, December 21, 2022: : IndiGo, India’s leading airline, completed 5 years of operating ATR aircraft on December 21, 2022. IndiGo had inducted its first ATR 72-600 aircraft in 2017 with an aim to strengthen regional air connectivity across India. Over the past 5 years the fleet and network has grown, and the airline is currently serving 52 destinations with a fleet of 36 ATR aircraft. This network also serves the Government of India’s UDAN “Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik” mission with multiple flights to Shillong, Kolhapur, Prayagraj, Agra, and Deogarh etc. The UDAN mission is aimed at connecting small and medium towns to larger cities by air.
National, December 20, 2022: IndiGo, India’s leading carrier has announced exclusive flights between Bengaluru to Kolhapur, and connecting flights via Bengaluru from Coimbatore to Kolhapur, effective January 13, 2023. These new routes and frequencies will offer additional options for customers and make travel more accessible between central and southern India.

The operations commenced December 09, 2022 onwards for flightsfrom Hyderabad and Kolkata to beach destinations like Port Blair, Kochi, and Goa respectively. These seasonal additions are being introduced to cater to the increasing demand and improve accessibility in the region.
National, December 16, 2022: After previous receipt of in-principle approval for inducting B777 aircraft on a wet lease basis from MOCA, IndiGo has now applied for final DGCA approval for these operations as per the prescribed procedure. In coordination with the process of these approvals, IndiGo will soon make this 777-capacity available for sale on the Delhi - Istanbul - Delhi route, subject to regulatory approvals. We are working closely with the authorities to ensure all the required steps to obtain the approvals are completed well in time and will consider the earliest the go-live date for these aircraft in line with expected receipt of requisite approvals. This wet lease solution will also enable us to better utilize our A321 narrowbody fleet to continue our network deployment in light of the global supply chain issues.

National, December 08, 2022: In-line with its vision to strengthen connectivity, IndiGo, India’s leading carrier, announces 12 daily and a total of 168 weekly, new flights to and from the soon to-be inaugurated New Goa International Airport (Mopa, North Goa) effective from January 05, 2023. This will be IndiGo’s largest ever new station launch and will immediately connect New Goa International Airport to 8 cities across India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Goa’s second international airport at Mopa in North Goa on December 11, 2022, and the airport will begin operations from January 05, 2023. IndiGo is introducing these new flights to cater to the increasing demand and will improve direct connectivity to North Goa. The present Goa Dabolim Airport (Dabolim, South Goa) will remain active, and IndiGo continues its existing operations there.
