Uncovering Bhubaneswar's Treasures: IndiGoReach and InterGlobe Foundation organize a heritage walk under ‘My City My Heritage’ campaign

National, February 26, 2023: IndiGoReach, the CSR arm of IndiGo and InterGlobe Foundation (IGF), the philanthropic arm of InterGlobe Enterprises, organised their second heritage walk on February 26, 2023 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The walk is part of the ‘My City My Heritage’ campaign, which aims to raise awareness about the value and importance of heritage and culture in India and sets the tone for conversations and partnerships around the preservation of both tangible and intangible heritage. The ‘My City My Heritage’ campaign was commenced in November 2022 with a panel discussion event in Delhi, followed by the first heritage walk at Prayagraj in December 2022. IndiGo will also be the first airline to commence international operations from Bhubaneswar Airport, strengthening connectivity from Odisha starting May 2023.

IndiGo announces Dharamshala as its 104th destination

National, February 09, 2023: IndiGo, India’s leading carrier, announced the launch of Dharamshala, its 78th domestic destination, marking the airline’s entry in Himachal Pradesh. It is also IndiGo’s 104th overall destination in the 6E network. The airline is set to commence operations between Delhi-Dharamshala effective March 26, 2023. These new connections are being launched as part of the summer schedule, inline with IndiGo’s vision to enhance domestic connectivity and provide accessibility for customers across its wide network.

IndiGo strengthens connectivity to 15 countries in Europe

National, February 07, 2023: IndiGo, India’s leading carrier, has announced the launch of new one-stop flights to 9 European countries via Istanbul, through its codeshare partnership with Turkish Airlines. These new 141 average weekly flights will operate to destinations like Malta, Hungary, Belgium, Israel, Ireland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Greece, and Denmark from Istanbul. IndiGo had previously launched connecting flights to various destinations in Portugal, Switzerland, France, Italy, England, and Austria. In total, now IndiGo operates 335 average weekly codeshare flights to 15 countries in Europe.

IndiGo strengthens domestic connectivity with addition of Nashik as 77 th destination

National, February 06, 2023: : IndiGo, India’s leading carrier, announced Nasik as its 77th domestic and 103rd overall station in the 6E network. The airline will operate the first direct flights between Nasik-Goa, NasikAhmedabad and Nasik-Nagpur, effective March 15, 2023. Nasik will be the 7 th destination on the 6E network in Maharashtra, increasing the intra-state and inter-state accessibility.
