    • Is there a warranty for the products?

    Yes. All warranty and after sales support will also be provided by the product manufacturer/brand. 

    In case of queries, ZRPL support will help you at every step till you are satisfied with the resolution.

     

    • What payment methods are accepted?

    ZRPL accepts all types of standard payment methods that are available in India. These methods include UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet, BNPL, Net Banking, and others.

     

    • How is the invoicing done?

    Once the ordered product is ready for shipment, you will receive invoice from ZRPL. Since ZRPL is Merchant on Record, you will be billed by ZRPL for the product bought by you.

     

    • Are Refunds and Cancellation allowed?

    Orders placed on this platform cannot be amended or cancelled. Products purchased through the ZRPL platform are not eligible for returns. In case the product delivered is Damaged or Defective or DOA (Dead-on-arrival), the same needs to be informed to ZRPL via email within 24 hours of receipt of defective / damaged product. ZRPL will arrange for a replacement of the damaged / defective product, with a like-for-like product without any extra charges. In a rare event if replacement is not available, ZRPL will ensure full refund.

     

    • Is my personal information secure?

    Yes, ZRPL uses industry standard encryption-decryption processes to transmit all data. We use other security measures such as role-based access to protect your data. You can go through our Privacy Policy for more details.

    • What if my booking is not confirmed but the amount is debited?

    Sometimes the payment goes through but the booking isn't confirmed due to inventory issues. If this happens, we’ll process a full refund within 5–7 working days. If there's no update within 2–3 hours, reach out to ZRPL support.

     

    • I cannot find my order booking in my account. What should I do?

    If you were signed in while booking, it should appear under My Bookings. 

    If not signed in, check your email confirmation. Bookings made as guests won’t reflect in your account.

     

    • Can I order a product for someone else?

    Yes, just enter their address details during the checkout process.
