Under this Offer, eligible customers can modify their booking without paying a change fee, subject to the conditions set out below.

The Offer is applicable on:

One-way bookings
Round-trip bookings
Multi-sector bookings

For all IndiGo domestic flights and IndiGo international flights

The Offer is applicable only on Saver fare category bookings made via 6Eskai platforms.

Modification Conditions

The Zero Change Fee benefit is applicable under the following conditions:

The booking modification must be made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
The Offer is applicable only on date and time change requests. No sector change request is eligible for this offer.

Fare Rules

The Zero Change Fee applies only to the change fee component.
Any fare difference between the original booking and the modified booking shall be payable by the customer, as per IndiGo’s standard fare rules.
No refunds on negative fare difference are allowed.
