6E Exclusive Fare - Terms and Conditions

1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), offers to the customers, special discounts of up to 5% off on base fare and discounted Add-Ons (as defined below) on select domestic and select international sectors for flight bookings made through IndiGo website (www.goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) or IndiGo 6Eskai or IndiGo WhatsApp (+917065145858) (“6E Exclusive Fare”), subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
2. The 6E Exclusive Fare is applicable on eligible bookings made using promo code “6E Exclusive” for select domestic and international sectors, for travel dates beyond 7 days from date of booking, subject to availability and the terms set out herein.
3. Under the 6E Exclusive Fare, IndiGo is offering a special discount of up to 5% off on the base fare on select domestic and select international sectors valid on IndiGo economy fares (Flexi plus & IndiGo UpFront) and business fares (IndiGoStretch & Stretch+).
4. Additionally, IndiGo is offering the following discounts on select ancillary services (“Add-ons”) to customers**:
   • Change Fee: Up to 10% off on Saver, up to 20% off on Flexi plus fares and IndiGo business fares (Stretch and Stretch+) on select domestic and select international sectors.
   • Cancellation Fee: Up to 10% off on Saver and Flexi plus fares, up to 20% off on IndiGo UpFront fares and IndiGo business fares (Stretch and Stretch+) on select domestic and select international sectors.
   • Fast Forward:  Up to 10% off on Fast forward on IndiGo economy fares (Saver, Flexi plus and IndiGo UpFront) on select domestic and select international sectors.
   • Bundle Products (6E Prime , 6E Seat & Eat): Up to 10% off on Saver fares and up to 20% off on Flexi plus fares on select domestic and select international sectors.

   ** Discount on Add-ons vary depending on the sector, flight schedule, journey type.

5. The 6E Exclusive Fare is valid only for IndiGo operated, multi-city, non-stop, and connecting flights and does not apply to codeshare flights.
6. The 6E Exclusive Fare is valid only on IndiGo one-way bookings and round-trip bookings.
7. The 6E Exclusive Fare is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
8. This 6E Exclusive Fare is subject to limited inventory. The special fares under the 6E Exclusive Fare will be provided to customers based on availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
9. This 6E Exclusive Fare cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo.
10. This 6E Exclusive Fare is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the 6E Exclusive Fare and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
11. All bookings made under the 6E Exclusive Fare are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at www.goindigo.in) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo shall not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance with these regulations and conditions.
12. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the 6E Exclusive Fare, shall be final and binding on all Eligible Customers.
13. By making an IndiGo flight booking using the 6E Exclusive promo code, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html).
14. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw, terminate or modify the 6E Exclusive Fare at any time, without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. The 6E Exclusive Fare, including the flights booked, is subject to force majeure conditions. Further, IndiGo reserves the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of the 6E Exclusive Fare, whether similar to the 6E Exclusive Fare or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
15. This 6E Exclusive Fare shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to the 6E Exclusive Fare are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
