  1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) is offering its passengers a discount of up to fifteen percent (15%) on the base fare for the flight bookings on select domestic and select international sectors operated by IndiGo, on bookings made exclusively through the URLs marketed through various social media platforms. (“Offer”).
  2. The Offer is applicable only when date of departure is beyond 7 days from date of booking the flight.
  3. The Offer is valid for only IndiGo operated, non-stop and connecting flights and does not apply to codeshare flights.
  4. The Offer does not apply to Airport charges, Government taxes and levies.
  5. The Offer is valid only on IndiGo operated one-way, round-trip and multi-city bookings.
  6. The Offer is subject to limited inventory. The special fares under the Offer will be provided to customers based on availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
  7. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo.
  8. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
  9. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
  10. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions.
  11. The Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  12. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
  13. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
  14. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons. 
  15. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
