Family & Friends Offer Terms and conditions

 

  1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) is offering discounted fare to passengers who have selected Family & Friends Fare while booking IndiGo operated domestic and international flights through IndiGo website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app(whether Android or iOS) (“Family & Friends Offer”)
  2. Family & Friends Fare is applicable for all bookings where the minimum number of passengers in one PNR is four (4) up to a maximum of nine (9) passengers per PNR.
  3. The customer will be eligible for a discount up to INR 400 per passenger in each PNR on the base fare of flight booking under the Family & Friends Offer.
  4. Additionally, IndiGo is offering up to 30% discount on the following ancillaries (“Add-ons”) during the Family & Friends Offer:
    • Fast Forward.
    • Standard seat selection (excluding front XL, EXL and row 2-5)
    • Pre-paid excess baggage (15, 20 & 30 Kgs)
  1. Discount is not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes and levies.
  2. The Family & Friends Offer is valid for only IndiGo non-stop flights and connecting flights and does not apply to codeshare flights.
  3. The Family & Friends Offer is valid on IndiGo one-way bookings, round-trip bookings and multi-city bookings.
  1. The Family & Friends Offer is valid on Saver fare only and does not apply to Flexi Plus fare & Super 6E fare.
  1. The Family & Friends Offer is subject to limited inventory. The special fares under the Family and Friends Offer will be provided to customers based on availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
  2. The Family & Friends Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo.
  1. This Family & Friends Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Family & Friends Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
  2. The Family & Friends Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings/hold bookings.
  3. All bookings made under this Family & Friends Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions.
  4. The Family & Friends Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify either of the Family & Friends Offers at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
  5. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Family & Friends Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
  1. By making an IndiGo flight booking under the Family & Friends Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)
  1. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate Family & Friends Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Family & Friends Offer, whether similar to this Family & Friends Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
  1. Family & Friends Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Family & Friends Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
