Terms and Conditions for flights operated under wet lease from Norse, from Mumbai to Amsterdam and Mumbai to Manchester

1. Fare types: These flights are available in multiple fare types, such as Saver, Flexi Plus, Super 6E, IndiGoStretch & Stretch+, for all passengers.


2. Booking Channel: These flights may be purchased from IndiGo’s website at www.goindigo.in , mobile app, IndiGo call center, IndiGo’s airport reservation counters, Travel agents and Online travel partners.


3. Applicability and exclusions: These flights are currently available on limited and selected, one-way, round-trip and multi-city bookings for selected international sectors and are not currently available on IndiGo’s Codeshare flights and/or group bookings.


4. Meal: IndiGo will provide a complimentary meal along with a complimentary beverage on all fare types purchased on these routes. In addition to that, passengers can purchase any food and beverages, of their choice offered by IndiGo, which is available online and onboard (which will be charged as per the prevailing rates).

6. Conditions of Carriage: Except to the Terms and Conditions provided herein, all other terms and conditions, shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“IndiGo CoC”)- International, available here. Accordingly, these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of IndiGo’s CoC.


7. Right to withdraw/modify: IndiGo reserves the right to withdraw or modify these Terms and Conditions, at any time, at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason and prior intimation.


8. Governing Law: This offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India, and all matters related to this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
