UPI Offers Terms & Conditions

This offer (“Offer”) is being conducted by One Mobikwik Systems Private Limited (“Mobikwik”) for the customers (“Customers”) booking IndiGo’s flights (including in combination with IndiGo’s ancillary services) (“Booking”) on IndiGo’s website (goindigo.in) or mobile application, using MobiKwik UPI, in India, during the Offer Period ending a month beyond inception (“Promotion Period”).

Under this Offer, eligible Customers who use MobiKwik UPI will receive up to INR 400 cashback on flight bookings made using MobiKwik UPI.
- The Offer is applicable on a minimum Booking amount of INR 4,999 (Rupees Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only).
- The Offer is valid only for Customers making payment through MobiKwik UPI using @ikwik or @mbkns UPI handles.
- The Offer is not applicable on transactions made using Pocket UPI (@mbk handle).
- The Offer is valid once per user per calendar month during the Promotion Period.
- The first valid transaction per Customer during the applicable calendar month will be considered for the Offer.
- To receive cashback under this Offer, the Customer is required to do as follows:
  - Visit the IndiGo website or mobile application.
  - At the time of making the Booking on IndiGo’s website or mobile application, the Customer must select UPI as the payment mode.
    The Customer will then be redirected to the MobiKwik payment page.
  - Once redirected to the MobiKwik payment page, the Customer is required to complete the payment using MobiKwik UPI i.e @ikwik or @mbkns handle only.
  - The cashback will be credited by MobiKwik to the Customer’s MobiKwik Wallet within Forty-Eight (48) hours of the successful Booking, on a best-efforts basis. The timeline provided for sending cashback is only indicative of the expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
  - Offer applied in the Bookings once made under this Offer shall be final and cannot be modified or redeemed again in case of cancellations.
  - Bookings made on IndiGo’s website or IndiGo’s mobile application will be eligible for this Offer.
  - The Offer shall be valid only on Bookings made during the Promotion Period.

IndiGo shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer.
MobiKwik and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, MobiKwik and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
If this Offer and/or anything to be done by MobiKwik in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or any other causes, then neither IndiGo nor MobiKwik shall be liable for any consequence to the extent so prevented or delayed.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage available at goindigo.in.
Only resident citizens of India aged eighteen (18) years or above are eligible to avail this Offer. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, corporates, or platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, are not eligible for the Offer.
By making a Booking using MobiKwik UPI during the Promotion Period, the Customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer in the future.
These Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.

This offer is provided by Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited (“CRED”) and this Offer is made available by CRED on the IndiGo platform.
The Offer shall be valid during the period communicated by IndiGo and/or CRED (“One month from Inception”), unless revoked, modified or extended by CRED at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Under this Offer, select eligible users will receive an assured cashback of ₹100 upon successfully completing a qualifying flight booking on the IndiGo platform using CRED UPI, subject to the following conditions:
- The user receives the Offer communication on the Website and App.
- The user completes a successful booking on the web or mobile application using CRED UPI.
- The booking satisfies the minimum booking value and any other eligibility criteria communicated as part of the Offer.
- The Offer is applicable only to select eligible users identified by CRED and/or IndiGo and is valid only during the Offer Period.
- Each successful booking satisfying the above conditions shall constitute a “Qualifying Transaction.”
- An assured cashback of ₹100 for every Qualifying Transaction will be credited in the form of CRED Balance and can be claimed on CRED app within 7 days of successful transaction.
CRED and IndiGo reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the Offer if it detects fraudulent activity, abuse of the Offer, misuse of the payment instrument, cancellation solely to obtain cashback, or any activity that violates these Terms.
Unless specifically communicated otherwise, this Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer provided by CRED.
The Offer can be availed once per eligible user during the Offer Period. Cashback will be credited only for the first Qualifying Transaction satisfying all Offer conditions.
CRED reserves the absolute right, without prior notice or liability, to modify, suspend, withdraw or replace this Offer or any part of these Terms at its sole discretion.
This Offer is valid only for registered CRED members using CRED UPI.
Cashback will be credited to the eligible user’s CRED Balance within the timeline communicated as part of the Offer after successful completion and validation of the Qualifying Transaction.
Bookings that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise become ineligible may result in cancellation or reversal of the cashback.
By participating in this Offer, users agree that CRED, IndiGo and their respective affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of participation in this Offer, except as required under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance with these regulations and conditions.
IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer:
- unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and
- consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html).
IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw, terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. The Offer, including the flights booked, is subject to force majeure conditions. Further, IndiGo reserves the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
