Non-Transferability- IndiGo Wallet balances cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, gifted, encashed, or moved to any bank account or third-party IndiGo Wallet.
Refunds on Split Payments- If a booking paid partly via IndiGo Wallet is cancelled, the IndiGo Wallet portion is credited back within 15 minutes of refund approval. The remaining amount is refunded to the original payment method per IndiGo’s Refund Policy.
Security & Unauthorized Use- Customers must safeguard their OTP credentials. If unauthorized IndiGo Wallet activity is suspected, notify IndiGo immediately. IndiGo will investigate and take corrective action where appropriate.
Suspension for Fraud- IndiGo may suspend or restrict IndiGo Wallet access if fraud, misuse, or policy violation is reasonably suspected. The customer will be notified unless doing so would compromise an investigation or is prohibited by law.
Modifications & Discontinuation- IndiGo may modify or discontinue the IndiGo Wallet program or these T&Cs at its sole discretion. Changes will not reduce the value or validity of credits already issued.
Transaction Records- IndiGo’s Wallet transaction history is the official record.
Relationship with Other Terms- Except for the T&Cs provided herein, all other terms and conditions shall be subject to IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage available on IndiGo’s website. In case of any conflict between these T&Cs and any other set of terms, these Terms and Conditions will prevail solely with regard to IndiGo Wallet.
