This offer is made by BFSL to the customers of BFSL who are residents of India booking IndiGo flights on IndiGo website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile app, using a valid BFSL Credit Card.
The Offer is valid from August 8, 2019 (6:30pm) to November 02, 2019 and November 18, 2019 to February 14, 2020.
BFSL shall offer 15% (fifteen percent) Cashback up to Rs.2000 (Indian Rupees two thousand) to the Customer on the Booking made during the Promotion Period.
The first valid transaction per month per Credit Card during the Promotion Period will be considered for the cashback.
The Cashback is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 4000 (Indian Rupees four thousand) using the promo code ‘6EBOB’ and Bank of Baroda Credit Card number on IndiGo website or app.
The Complimentary Fast Forward service is applicable on the first sector of entire journey per PNR subject to a minimum booking amount of INR 4000 upon entering of promo code ‘6EBOB’ and Bank of Baroda Credit Card number on IndiGo website or app.
To avail complimentary Fast Forward service under this Offer, the Customer is required to do as follows:
Visit IndiGo website or app and book flight,
On the payment page needs to insert the promo code ‘6EBOB’ and the Bank of Baroda Credit Card details in the “Apply promo code” section.
Bookings once made using the promo code shall be final and cannot be modified.
The Offer is valid only on 1 (one) transaction per Customer per month during the Promotion Period. The first valid transaction per month using the Card only will be eligible for the benefit under this Offer.
The offer is valid only on Regular fares and not on discounted fares.
The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90 (ninety) days from the end of Promotion Period and credited to Customer’s card account, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
If the Customer doesn’t receive the cashback within 90 days (ninety) from the end of Promotion Period, he/she must write to email@example.com.
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with BFSL. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Booking should be taken up directly with IndiGo. BFSL shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or app are not eligible for the Offer.
In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
BFSL and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, BFSL and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
The Offer is valid on INR transactions (transactions in Indian Rupees) only and for Indian citizens only.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, BFSL reserves the right to deny the Offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
BFSL and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
The decision of BFSL and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer (i) confirms that the its participation in the Offer is voluntary; (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
