(ii) Upgrades done within 48 hours of departure through IndiGo's website and mobile application, will have limited ‘IndiGoStretch’ features i.e., (a) only five (5) kg extra baggage allowance (making it total twenty (20) kgs per Customer) and (b) Meals will be provided only as per availability.

Or

(b) Through IndiGo’s Call Center –Upgrades can be possible from twenty-four (24) hours before departure till five (5) hours before scheduled departure time for both domestic and international flights.

Note: Upgrades done through IndiGo’s website, mobile applications, call center or at airports within twenty (24) hours of the scheduled departure time, will only be eligible for IndiGoStretch seats and no other benefits of the IndiGoStretch may be available in this Upgrade. However, an ‘Add-on’ service booked by the Customer for economy seat, will be carried forward in the IndiGoStretch cabin.

Or

(c) At airports-(i) Customers can Upgrade to IndiGoStretch, from five (5) hours before departure until counter closure. Airport Upgrades will be subject to availability and will be at sole discretion of IndiGo; and

(ii) It is clarified that Customers will be solely responsible for keeping margins on timings for check-in procedures including counter closure timings, during their process of Upgrade to IndiGoStretch.

(ii) This Upgrade Fee is dynamic and may vary, depending on many factors, including but not limited to one flight sector to another.

(iii) The total payable Upgrade Fee and the total Tariff paid for the flight will be displayed on the payment page while upgrading your booking or informed at the airport (as applicable).

1. Customer initiated Change or Cancellation– For Upgrades done prior to twenty-four (24) hours of the departure time of the flight, the change and cancellation charges will be governed and levied as per IndiGoStretch policy.

   For Upgrades done within twenty-four (24) hours of departure, the change and cancellation fee will be governed and levied as per the policy of the original fare purchased (i.e.,  Regular, Super6E, Flexi, etc).

   IndiGo will not provide any refund or adjust amount paid for extra baggage, any ‘Add-on services’, etc., made during the economy booking.

2. IndiGo initiated Cancellation or Change- In case of change, cancellation of the flight, or involuntary downgrade, the refund or compensation (as applicable), will be governed as per IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage.

If a passenger has already completed web check-in using the original booking and later decides to Upgrade to IndiGoStretch. The Customers, needs to undo its original web check-in at IndiGo’s Web check-in page, and complete a new web-check in to ensure proper boarding and seat allocation.

(ii)All Upgrades will be subject to availability of the Stretch seats on a  particular flight. Hence, multiple people travelling in one PNR, may not be able to Upgrade to IndiGoStretch cabin at the same time.

(iii) Further, any amount paid for ‘Add-on services’ while booking Economy (such as meals, extra baggage, Fast Forward, etc.) will not be refunded and/or adjusted while Upgrading to Stretch cabin.
