    Search for hotels based on your preferences, select a room, enter your details, review, and confirm your booking.

    To find deals, sign up, check special offers sections, and use coupon codes that are available at the time of booking.

    How can I get more information about the room or property's facilities/amenities?

    To learn about amenities, please visit Hotels website (powered by Vernost) or Mobile App, find the property listing, and check the description for features and services. Explore the room details section to find specific amenities provided in the room you are considering.

    What are the inclusions in my hotel booking?

    All the facilities and inclusions listed under the chosen room type are included in the room price. This means that if pick-up/drop facility, breakfast, and Wi-Fi are mentioned as inclusions for a specific room type, they are covered in the room price. For any extra charges or additional information regarding hotel policies, refer to the "Hotel Policy" section of the booking information.

    What mode of payment can I use to book a hotel?

    We offer a variety of payment options to ensure convenience and flexibility for our users while booking their preferred accommodations.

    Can more than two adults stay in one room, and do children stay for free?

    Yes, most hotels on the platform (powered by Vernost) allow more than two adults to stay in a room, but this is subject to the hotel's policy and may incur additional charges.

    If you need an extra bed or crib, make sure to select this preference while booking. Be sure to check the hotel's terms and any potential fees associated with it.

    Is GST charged on other services provided by the hotel and how can I get a GST invoice for my hotel booking?

    Yes, GST is applicable to various services provided by hotels, such as room service, food and beverages, spa services, etc. Each of these services may attract a different GST rate.

    IndiGo does not provide the GST invoice. You can get the GST invoice for your hotel booking from the hotel itself.

    How do I confirm my hotel booking and what should I do if I don't receive a booking confirmation?

    Upon successful completion of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with all the essential details of your reservation. Please check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, to locate and review your booking confirmation.

    If you haven't received an email confirmation within ten minutes, please reach out to Vernost customer support at +91 98993 96726 (9am – 9pm, all days of the week) or write to them at 6esupport@vernost.in

    If My Booking could not be confirmed, and the amount was debited from my account. What should I do?

    At times it can happen that the payment was successful but unfortunately, the suppliers could not confirm the hotel booking for reasons like inventory being sold out. In this case, once we verify and understand the booking could not be confirmed, we shall refund your money and the same will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.

    What are the check-in and check-out times and What are the hotel's policies on early or late check-in and check-out?

    Refer to the hotel policy for specific details regarding check-in and check-out times, as they can vary from property to property. Your booking voucher should provide information on the same.

    Do I have to show ID proof at the time of check-in? Also, is ID proof required for every guest in the room.

    Yes, you can use applicable government issued photo-ids accepted by the hotel for example: Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport & other as per hotel policy.

    All guests staying in the room (above the age of 18) are required to provide identification at check-in. (For international bookings PAN card number of the traveler may be asked at the time of booking)

    How can I modify my booking?

    To modify, please contact Vernost customer support at +91 98993 96726 (9am – 9pm, all days of the week) or write to them at 6esupport@vernost.in

    Please note that some changes might incur extra fees or have time limits, so kindly review the hotel's terms before placing your modification request.

    How can I request an extra service from the property?

    If you would like to request an extra service like an extra bed, early check-in or transportation to the property, please contact the property directly. This is subject to availability and may come with an additional charge.

    I cannot find my booking in my account, what should I do?

    If you were signed in when you made your booking, the booking should appear in the My Bookings section of your account. 

    If you were not signed in when you made your booking, the booking will not appear, and you cannot add this booking to your account. 

    If you don’t have an account or you were not signed in when you made your booking, please check your email for booking confirmation. 

    How to cancel the hotel booking and what are the cancellation charges? Do I need to pay anything extra after canceling my booking?

    To cancel your hotel booking, visit the website, login and go to “MY booking” section. You will be able to cancel your booking from here.

    When canceling, you would be eligible for a refund as per the policy. Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from your initial payment, with the remainder refunded. 

    How will I receive my refund after canceling a hotel booking and how long does the refund process take?

    After canceling a hotel booking, you will receive the refund amount (if applicable) within 5-7 working days from the time of your cancellation request to the original payment method used during booking. Refund processing times may vary depending on hotel's policy and your bank's processing times.

    How does IndiGo BluChip add value when booking hotels on IndiGo?

    IndiGo BluChip members can earn up to 8 IndiGo BluChips for every INR 100 spent while booking their hotel stays via the IndiGo Hotels Website or Mobile App.

    What is IndiGo BluChip?

    IndiGo BluChip is the loyalty program of IndiGo which is designed to reward and recognize its valued customers for their loyalty. When you sign up as a Member of the Program, it offers you the ability to earn IndiGo BluChips on IndiGo marketed & operated flights, and on IndiGo marketed & codeshare operated flights. IndiGo BluChips can be redeemed on IndiGo marketed and operated flights. Members also enjoy exclusive discounts on pre booking of select 6E Add-ons viz.     How can I earn IndiGo BluChips for hotel bookings?

    To earn IndiGo BluChips on hotel bookings, make sure you are logged in with your registered IndiGo BluChip Account at the time of booking on the Hotels website https://www.goindigo.in/hotels or Mobile App.
    Users who complete a booking without logging in or register for the BluChip program after booking the hotel will not be eligible for accrual.

    When will I receive the IndiGo BluChips for my hotel booking?

    IndiGo BluChips will be credited to your IndiGo BluChip Account within 48 hours after your scheduled hotel checkout, provided that the stay has been completed, and payment has been processed successfully.

    Can I earn IndiGo BluChips if I book a hotel for someone else?

    Yes, IndiGo BluChips will be credited to the IndiGo BluChip Account used for the booking, regardless of the guest details provided.

    What happens if I cancel my hotel booking?

    If you cancel your hotel booking, regardless of the reason or timing, any pending or previously awarded IndiGo BluChips for that specific booking will be automatically nullified and removed from your account balance. No IndiGo BluChips will be awarded for cancelled bookings. Any penalties charged and paid, including in case of cancellations, will not be eligible for accrual of IndiGo BluChips.

    Will IndiGo BluChips be awarded for Offline Hotel bookings made?

    IndiGo BluChips are earned exclusively for completed and paid hotel bookings made directly through IndiGo website or Mobile App. Bookings made through third parties (E. OTA, Travel Agents) are not eligible for earning IndiGo BluChips.

    Can I transfer my IndiGo BluChips to someone else?

    No, transfer of IndiGo BluChips is not permitted as per the Terms and Conditions of the IndiGo BluChip Program. (available at https://www.goindigo.in/loyalty/terms-and-conditions).

    Do my IndiGo BluChips expire?

    IndiGo BluChips awarded to customers have lifetime validity as long as the Member is program active within the last 24 months. Any activity, earn or burn, on IndiGo or its partner network is considered as being program active.

    What can a Member redeem IndiGo BluChips for?

    IndiGo BluChips can be redeemed only on IndiGo Flights (excluding IndiGo Marketed and Codeshare Partner operated flight). IndiGo BluChips cannot be redeemed for any 6E Add-ons, taxes, levies, surcharges, fees, etc. on their IndiGo Flights.

    How can I redeem my IndiGo BluChips?

    Redemption of IndiGo BluChips on flights is simple and hassle free!

    Step 1: Member must visit IndiGo Website or IndiGo Mobile App and login into the IndiGo BluChip Account to be able to proceed with the redemption.

    Step 2: On the booking widget on the home page of the IndiGo Website/ IndiGo Mobile App, Member will need to enter the origin and destination and select IndiGo BluChips Redemption in the Pay tab.

    Step 3: Member can choose the preferred flight from all the flight options displayed in IndiGo BluChips and redeem IndiGo BluChips for the IndiGo flight.

    Step 4: Members will have to pay for other levies, taxes, ancillary purchases, etc. in form of currency through any form of payment accepted on IndiGo Website/ IndiGo App.

    Can I earn IndiGo BluChips if I book a hotel through a third-party website or agency?

    No, IndiGo BluChips are earned exclusively for completed and paid hotel bookings made directly through IndiGo website. Bookings made through third parties (E. OTA, Travel Agents) are not eligible for earning IndiGo BluChips.

    How can I enroll in the IndiGo BluChip program?

    Will any fees be levied on redemption of IndiGo BluChips?

    Redemption fee, convenience fee, levies and statutory taxes are applicable per passenger per sector and will be charged separately in applicable currency. Redemption fee and convenience fee are non-refundable.

    Where can I view my IndiGo BluChip Program Account information like Profile Details, IndiGo BluChips Earned, etc.?

    Visit the IndiGo website or app, click on ‘login’ to login your IndiGo BluChip Program Account to check your information. All profile related information will be available on the dashboard.

    Are there any blackout dates for redeeming IndiGo BluChips?

    No, there are no blackout dates for redemption bookings. Members can redeem their IndiGo BluChips for IndiGo flights throughout the year, anytime, on any sector until the last available seat.
