If you have already Web Checked-in, you will need to click on the Check-in link on our home page and retrieve your reservation using your PNR (a six digit code generally sent as an SMS after you make a reservation), email address or last name. Once your reservation is retrieved you can print or reprint your boarding pass.

You can book snacks* online through the view/change booking section on our homepage. The snacks can be added only up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

If such service is booked through IndiGo’s call centre, an additional amount as applicable will be charged.

Passengers can book specific seats on the flight through our website or at the airport. The charges for booking seats are as follows: 

Domestic

What Fast Forward?

IndiGo offers Fast Forward Service for a hassle free experience at the airport. This Service helps passengers save time By priority check-in and anytime boarding.

The FFWD service can be purchased through IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) and Call center until two (2) hours prior to domestic departures and up until four (4) hours prior to international departures and at the airport up until the closure of the check-in process for the relevant flight for which the passenger intends to purchase the FFWD service

How much does it cost?

A nominal fee of INR 650 per person per sector for domestic and INR 850 per person per sector for international is applicable if you wish to choose this Service.

Please note that if the payment is to be made in any other currency than Indian Rupee, the fee(s) will be calculated as per the conversion rate prevalent at the time of payment.

• The following sectors with the point of origin at an airport outside of India - Abu Dhabi, Almaty, Bahrain, Baku, Bangkok, Colombo, Jaffna , Dammam/Madinah, Dhaka, Doha, Dubai, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Jakarta, Jeddah, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait, Male, Muscat, Nairobi, Phuket, Ras Al Khaimah, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore,Tashkent and Tbilisi.

What happens in case of booking cancellation?

In case the booking is cancelled, the fee will be refunded.

6E Upgrade entitles you to the following benefits in INR 2500 per passenger per flight for Domestic and INR 3000 for International:

• Cancel/change your booking as many times as you like.
• Select the seat of your choice, including extra legroom, window and aisle seats.
• Enjoy delicious In-flight snacks*.

*One food item and one beverage

IndiGo Early allows domestic passengers who land early at an Airport to get a seat on the earliest IndiGo flight out just for INR 1800.

Terms and conditions:

• This service is applicable to all passengers travelling on a domestic flight, wanting to prepone their flight
• Passenger must be physically present at the airport as the change can be done only at the airport
• Changes can be done only for preponing the flight and not for postponing the flight
• The time difference between the desired flight and the booked flight should be maximum 4 hours, this means if the original flight booked is at 1600 hours, then this flight can be preponed to a flight which is departing at or after 1200 hrs. The basis to calculate the difference of 4 hours, has to be between the departure time of the original flight and the desired flight and not on the basis of the passenger reporting time
• Request for such change will be confirmed only 60 minutes before the departure of the desired flight subject to the availability of seats and a non-refundable fee of INR 1800 per passenger (fee is subject to change)
• Unaccompanied minors cannot ask for change of flight themselves, only their parents/guardian at the origin station can request for this service
• This service shall not be extended to passengers booked under group fares
• This service is not applicable on international flights, whether in isolation or in connection with a domestic flight

Holding bookings assist our passengers in reserving tickets prior to making the payment at the nearest ticketing center or through our website.

Passengers may call our call center to hold a reservation or may hold the reservation through Mobile application.

The reservations processed from Mobile Application or call centre are placed on hold for 15 minutes from the time of booking.

During this period, Customers may cancel or amend the Booking without change or cancellation fee. However, any fare difference between the Tariff of the original Booking and the revised Booking shall be payable by the Customer.

This facility shall not be available where the scheduled departure is within 7 (seven) days for domestic flights or within 15 (fifteen) days for international flights from the date of booking.

If such service is booked through IndiGo’s call centre, an additional amount as applicable will be charged.
