We have resumed our operations (domestic and international) to/fro Kochi from Cochin International Airport effective Aug 29, 1400 hrs. We will follow our current schedule of operations from Kochi and our services from naval-base are now suspended.
Kindly plan your travel accordingly.
We ensure to provide cancellation and rescheduling waiver to passengers travelling to/from Kochi, till 10 September 2018 for bookings made before 22 August, 2018.
As part of relief measures, a special customer support team has been designated who will be working 24X7 to assist affected passengers and families.
We are currently liaising with local partners to transport relief materials including medicines, dry ration and sanitary items.

Citizens of Nepal and Maldives are eligible for tax exemption/reduction, as per applicable laws, on the airfare. In order to avail such tax exemption/reduction, passengers must declare their correct nationality at the time of booking. In case citizens of Nepal or Maldives intend to travel with any foreign nationals, such citizen (passenger) are requested to kindly book tickets for accompanying foreign national (passengers) in a separate PNR/ticket. Once selected, the nationality cannot be changed at any point during the booking process.
