Birmingham International Airport (BHX) is located in Solihull, about 13 km from the city. The airport has one terminal, serving the rest of the West Midlands region with domestic and international flights from metropolitan across the globe. Passengers can travel to and from the airport via the train, which links to the Birmingham International Railway Station just outside the airport.

Terminal Information

Birmingham Airport has a single terminal that is used for both domestic and international flights. The airline and handling agent desks are located on the ground floor of the check-in halls. Self-service check-in kiosks are only available for some airlines. To use this service, you need to visit the check-in halls on the ground and first floors. Travellers can also use the free shuttle bus from the airport, or the metro service which connects to Birmingham International Railway Station.
