Mumbai Airport Terminal information
Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai is the second busiest airport in the country in terms of total and international passenger traffic after Delhi and 35th busiest in the world. IndiGo operates more than 100 daily non-stop flights between Mumbai and other key locations in India and abroad.
There are two terminals – domestic (Terminal 1) and international (Terminal 2) located in separate complexes in Santacruz and Sahar respectively.
Terminal 1
This terminal is exclusively for budgeted domestic airlines. It has 11 terminal boarding bridges. The handling capacity is 10 million passengers per year.
Terminal 2
This terminal serves both international and select domestic flights. Spread across 210,000 sq. metres, it comprises of 192 check-in counters, 60 immigration counters at departure, 14 baggage carousels, and 76 immigration counters at arrival.
