Airport in Raipur
The Swami Vivekananda Airport is about 15km from the centre of the city. It is one of the main airports in the state of Chhattisgarh. Formerly known as Raipur Airport, it was later renamed to Swami Vivekananda Airport in honour of the Saint who lived the majority of his life in this city.
