All about Doha
Doha is the most populous city of the country and most of the population comprises the expatriates, with the result, original Qatari people form a minority. The expatriates are mostly from South Asian and South-East Asian countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philippines. Expatriates from North African countries, East Asia, North America, Europe have also made Doha their home.
The major source of revenue of Doha is of course Oil and gas industries and it is the headquarter of world`s largest oil and gas companies viz, Qatar Petroleum, QatarGas and RasGas, besides many other companies. To reduce the sole dependence on the oil and gas industries Qatar government started the efforts to encourage tourism with the result the government built Doha International Airport which was replaced by new Hamad International Airport, double the size of the earlier one. New suburbs have emerged and old buildings were replaced by new buildings and planned colonies.

Airport in Doha
Hamad International Airport is the only international airport in the province of Qatar. The airport receives a huge number of passengers. The airport has three terminals.
