Tourist attractions in Riyadh
- Kingdom Centre Tower: It is a tall structure, 99 storeys high, and amongst the tallest buildings in Saudi Arabia. Inside the building is housed a shopping mall, hotels, and luxury apartments.
- The National Museum in Riyadh: It is located in the King Abdul-Aziz Historical Center. The museum houses artefacts that represent the history and culture of Saudi Arabia.
- King Abdul Aziz Historical Centre: It has a historical museum, water showers, green parks, and more. In the Centre is displayed artefacts that date back millions of years. Those who visit the Centre also pay a visit to the nearby Murabba Palace.
Things to do in Riyadh
- At the Al Bujairi Heritage Park, you will find gardens, water channels, traditional restaurants, and structures with traditional Arab architecture. It is a good place to visit during the evenings or early mornings.
- Visit Al Nakheel Mall to enjoy walking through an opulent mall filled with shops merchandising international items and local authentic goods. Interestingly, the prices in this mall are known to be moderate.
- Visit Riyadh Zoo, which is the country’s largest zoo. Inside the zoo, you can see hundreds of species of birds and animals. Children have to be accompanied by their parents. The zoo is a huge draw, especially with children.

King Khalid International Airport has 5 passenger terminals, a mosque, a parking space for more than 11,000 vehicles, and a Royal Terminal for guests of and from the Royal Family. The airport is amongst the largest in the world.
