About Boston
Boston is the capital of the state of Massachusetts in the United States of America. It is a city with a rich historical heritage. It is one of the oldest American cities, founded by Puritan colonists from England in 1630. This city saw several major events of the American Revolution, such as the Boston Tea Party, the siege of Boston and the Battle of Bunker Hill. Due to its historical landmarks, as well as its rich culture and economy, the city is one of the major tourist destinations in America.

Boston Airport (BOS), officially called General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport, is located in East Boston. It is just 3 miles from downtown Boston and is the main international airport serving Boston City. The Boston Airport has 4 terminals which are connected by shuttle bus service. More than 10 car rental services transport passengers to and from the airport. Bus and taxi services also connect the airport to the city of Boston.
The Boston Airport provides a host of facilities for its passengers. This includes restaurants and cafes, shops, currency exchange services, ATMs, pet relief areas, hydration stations and family restrooms. There is also a Lost and Found office within the airport.
