The famous Rose Garden has a variety of roses of every colour depending on the season. It is also known for beautiful statues which are made from broken objects. Timber Trail is one of the most beautiful locations amongst hills. Restaurants and hotels on the hills are connected via cable cars which is an experience you shouldn’t miss.

Elante Mall is known to be the second-largest shopping mall in the northern part of India. It has plenty of brand stores, gaming area for kids as well as adults, party spots, cinema hall and a big food court. The market of Sector 17 is the oldest shopping spots in Chandigarh.
Best time to visit Chandigarh
The city is adorned with spectacular views with roads surrounded by beautiful trees and spring flowers from October to March. The weather is not too hot and ideal for sightseeing during this time.

Chandigarh is well-connected by rail, flight and road. In the town, the bus service is excellent. Other modes of transportation to travel in the city include cabs, taxis, autos and rickshaws.
