All about Doha
Doha is the fastest growing city in Qatar. Apart from being the capital, Doha is an economic centre. Being a commercial capital, it is recognised as a global city by the World Cities Research Network. Doha city was founded in 1820 located at the Persian Gulf in the east. The city is known to host big events and is actively preparing for the FIFA World Cup in 2022. The major attractions here are The Doha Corniche, the man-made island The Pearl Qatar, Zoo, Rumila Park, Jungle Zone, Al Shehnai and Qatar Cultural Village.

Airport in Doha
Doha Airport is the only international airport in the country of Qatar. It was named to honour the former Emir of Qatar, Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. The airport became operational in the year 2014.
